Every Year Malgodam Puja Committee of Cuttack designs new style gates for Durga Puja. This year also the Puja Committee has decided to make a beautiful Puja Gate or Pandal for the upcoming 2013 Durga Puja. In the year 1952 the Durga Puja at Malgodam has started. From that day this puja committee is growing day by day.
This Year Malgodam Puja Committee is going to make the Durga Puja Gate as like “The Guru Govind Singh Gate of Lucknow“. The making work and design has given to Rabi Decorator of Cuttack where about 30 peoples are working from those 20 peoples are local and 10 from outside of Odisha. Besides these the committee has planned for the Computer Raising Lights, Running Lights and Light Gate etc for the Durga Puja 2013.
